You curse a creature you can see in range with a sluggishness. The target must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw or become cursed until the end of its next turn. While cursed, the creature can take only one of the following options on its turn: move, take an action, or take a bonus action. If it attempts to do more than one, it takes 1d8 psychic damage as its mind rebels against the curse.

Cantrip Upgrade. The damage increases by 1d8 when you reach levels 5 (2d8), 11 (3d8), and 17 (4d8).
