Prerequisites: level 8+, the ability to cast cantrips
You developed a fighting style that relies on magic and weapon strikes alike. You gain the following benefits:
Battle Magic. When you take the Attack action on your turn, you can replace one of your attacks with casting a cantrip. This cantrip must have a casting time of one action and target a single creature. Further, being within 5 feet of a hostile creature doesn’t impose disadvantage on your attack rolls with cantrips.
Combo Strikes. When you hit a creature with a cantrip that deals damage, your next weapon attack against the target this turn deals an extra 1d6 damage of the same type as the cantrip did. When you hit a creature with a weapon attack, your next cantrip cast against the target this turn has advantage.
Magical Riposte. When a creature within 5 feet of you misses you with a melee attack, you can use your reaction to cast a cantrip that targets only that creature.
