You create an intangible sphere of mana orbiting you with a distance of 1 foot. While the sphere exists, you are able to cast spells with a casting time of 1 action as bonus action. When you do so, you are still able to cast a leveled spell as an action on the same turn as long as both spells have a combined spell level of 6 or lower.
Using a Higher-Level Spell Slot. The combined casting spell level increases by 1 for each spell slot level above 6.
